We have a 60-day FREE returns policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

HOW TO RETURNS AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK?

* You must first contact us at the email below, provide us with your order number, delivery date, and return request to receive your money back.

* We will get back to you in 24 hours, if you are in contact over the weekend, please wait for a response from us early next week.

* We will provide you with a shipping code, the next step you can paste that shipping code on the package, or you can take it to your local post office and ask the staff to paste the shipping code for you.

* Don't worry, we offer free returns, so it won't cost you any extra.

* Once we receive the package from you we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid for your order.

* It usually takes an average of 7 days for a US customer to complete a return and receive a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
